註釋This study sets Korean Pentecostalism firmly in the Korean context. It shows the roots of Korean Pentecostalism in Korean culture and history, and discusses its relation to Minjung theology. Some of the American evangelistic campaigns in Korea are also discussed. Korea has its own Pentecostal churches but more important is the influence of the Pentecostal Movement on that country's rapidly-growing churches in general. The originality of Korean Pentecostalism and its difference from American/European Pentecostalism is clearly highlighted.
