The author summarizes the great achievement on human rights construction, and also gives some suggestion on the related aspects. It contains three parts: 1. Specific Issues, which incorporates the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Covenants on Human Rights, the author discusses the Chinese constitution to analyze and expound economy, society, cultural right, civil rights, and political rights. 3. External Communications, which sees the author combine Human Rights Dialogue, reports and major speeches between China and foreign countries. It also includes findings from the author's original research.
