The 1st section is devoted to the history of agriculture in Manitoba, current environmental concerns related to agriculture and advancements in improving the sustainability of agriculture. The rest of the report looks at issues in the natural environment (air, water, fish, forests, wildlife, natural lands and special places) and socioeconomic environment (energy, mines, transportation, education, business, industry and government, waste management), updating issues discussed in the last report and considering new ones.
