What to Know About Monoclonal Antibodies (mAb)more rarely called(moAb).

 Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are advantaged with high homogeneity and very specific antigen-binding capability.   

       In the last 50 years, mAbs are widely utilized for their splendid therapeutic efficacy with markedly low side effects.

       Regarding cancer immunotherapy, checkpoints antibodies that delivered to their sites of action were proved to enhance vastly the body’s immune system to identify and solely exterminate cancer cells.

       Despite the challenges and complications faced due to the protein nature of these mAbs along with the lack of targeting ability, many successful formulations and delivery systems were raised and evidenced.

        An attempt has been made in this Booklet to discuss the mAbs origin, types and new utilizations for diagnosis and treatment of many challenging diseases along with several relevant ILLUSTRATIONS for better understanding.
