This report has been prepared to meet the statutory requirements of updating the local comprehensive plan of August 1984. This report constitutes the revised plan for the Town of Ocean Breeze Park and the preparation has followed the guidelines of Chapter 9J-5 of the Florida Administrative Code. It should be noted that the limited land area of the Town effectively restricts the application of many of the planning elements plus the fact that the Town has no goal or objective to grow or expand beyond the existing Town boundaries.
