註釋In their 2013-15 Strategic Plan, SDN Children's Services refers to the delivery of 'high quality, integrated and inclusive services' as a way to achieve their high level objectives of enhancing children's quality of life and participation. This report is one of a series charting the agency's journey and development as an 'integrated organisation'. Following on from baseline data collected in 2013 from staff, management, clients, and partner organisations, this new report assesses progress made over the first year. For example, in comparison to 2013, staff in 2014 tended to feel SDN was more connected and working more effectively internally, and taking a more strategic approach to its external relationships and collaborations.
