A Still, Small Voice Within
註釋How does a person hear the voice of God when life pulls in many directions? This is the question with which Kathy Clark-Dickens has wrestled as a compassionate minister and mother. The author does not attempt to provide the answers to life's great question of meaning. Rather, she has inverted the question to ask, "How do I hear the voice of God in my many comings and goings?" Hearkening to a "still small voice within" during times of personal renewal, Kathy finds the message and presence of God in the ordinary through a process of prayerful, faithful waiting and listening. Her "listenings" find expression in poetic and prayerful form that speaks to a relational experience of the Divine which has given her life hope, healing, and purpose.
