The Numismatic Collection of the Banco de la República has around 19,000 pieces including coins, banknotes, medals, bonds, vouchers, stamps, dies, punches, prints and machinery. In the new exhibition of the Museo Casa de Moneda around 3,000 of these pieces are on display.
