註釋When God chose to reveal Himself as a father to mankind, He didn't send a father, He sent a son. The relationship between fathers and sons is a golden thread woven throughout the Bible. A unique revelation of the New Testament is found in this passage, "The Word became flesh and dwelt among us." Although Jesus had lived in the eternal dimension as the Son of God, He came into a time-space dimension and lived as the Son of Man. When Jesus said, "Follow Me" and "As the Father has sent me, so send I you, " He was presenting us with a mandate to live our lives in this paradigm. Like Jesus, we are to live our lives as both sons of men and sons of God.
