The Nephilim Barbell Program
註釋When I began my strength building journey a few years ago, I quickly came to an important realization. The vast majority of real strength training programs are written by - and for - those who lift weights for a living. This makes a significant difference in terms of the resources one is able to dedicate to strength training - especially time. For the most part, the programs that aren't written by professional strength athletes are steaming piles of crap designed to do little more than perpetuate the "fitness" scam that is creating a generation of humans who can do a whole lot of kipping pull-ups but couldn't climb out of a burning building to save their own life. The Nephilim Barbell Program is designed for normal humans who have to balance a real job and real life with the goal of becoming freakishly strong.
