註釋From the Summary: This study examines the policies of thirteen developed market countries (Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States) toward inward direct investment and foreign-owned multinational enterprises. The emphasis is on four topics, namely, sectors partially or wholly closed to such firms, authorization or review mechanisms for their establishment and subsequent expansion, treatment after establishment which differs from that accorded domestically-owned firms, and investment incentives.
