The Diploma Thesis contains informations about the research work of solubility at high pressure conditions for the mixtures Triolein - CO2 and Triolein - SF6 including the phase inversion phenomenon of SF6 rich phase and triolein rich phase. The experimental data obtained have been correlated using thermodynamic models and Phase Equilibria software and have been optimized to predict the behavior of the system.
